Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible service for all of our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. To book a new appointment, you will be required to pay a new deposit. If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will be required to pay upfront for future services booked. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a " no-show " and will be treated as a missed appointment.
